Bodegas Idiaquez is a winery founded in 1972 and is part of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin in the Rioja Alavesa sub-area. Its vineyards are located in the municipalities of Baños de Ebro, Leza and Lapuebla de Labarca, with grapes of the Tempranillo (95%) and Viura (5%) varieties, and an average age of 25 years. The use of these varieties gives its carbonic maceration wines a fruity palate and an intense purple colour. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks with fermentation temperature control and a total re-melting of the harvest so that the characteristics and quality of the wine remain the same throughout the year.
